After a decade of working as a Building Surveyor I have undertaken a comprehensive range of instructions giving me the skills, knowledge and experience to provide clients with flexible, reliable and qualified resource.Since December 2022 I have worked for myself specialising in Commercial Building Surveys.This has included over 120 School Condition Surveys for the DFE, 60 Commercial Building Surveys for local government, Schedules of Condition and Decarbonsiation studies for RICS registered companies.My ongoing mission is to build relationships with Chartered Surveying Practices (RICS) and government departments providing them with flexible, accountable, high quality resource helping them to achieve project objectives.
